With a wealth of experience in all types of structures, engineer/partner Roy McBride is a true expert in restoration. In his more than 20 years with BMR, he's worked on an assortment of projects involving and including cladding restoration, parking garage restoration, and wharf restoration. Roy also provides design services for temporary scaffolding.

John Richardson CV
Engineer/partner John Richardson has been a driving force behind numerous schools, university and college buildings, as well as hospitals, nursing homes and recreational buildings. In his more than 20 years with BMR, John’s experience has covered virtually all structure types, including steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and tilt-up panels. As a LEED® Accredited Professional, John brings to every project an understanding of green building practices and principles that meet the LEED internationally accepted benchmark for the design and construction of high performance green buildings.

Scott Underhill CV
Atlantic Canada’s most prolific designer of tilt-up panel buildings, engineer/partner Scott Underhill has brought an incredible range of experience to BMR over the past 12 years. He has designed literally thousands of panels in schools, hospitals, industrial buildings and office buildings.

Brent Anstey CV
In his 10 years with BMR, engineer Brent Anstey has become the 'go-to' guy for Sobeys, having designed more than 50 stores throughout Atlantic Canada. In addition, he has worked on many other retail and commercial projects, such as nursing homes, drug stores and NSLC outlets.

Andrea Doncaster CV
Andrea Doncaster is more than an engineer; she's BMR’s resident expert in the review and analysis of existing pre-engineered steel buildings. In her nine years with BMR, she has also served as project engineer for several recreational buildings, nursing homes and the design of steel studs within exterior wall systems. Also a LEED® Accredited Professional, Andrea has met the LEED internationally accepted benchmark for the design and construction of high performance green buildings

Ivor MacDonald CV
The latest asset to the BMR team, Ivor MacDonald is rapidly becoming a top-notch engineer. A quick study, he has already assisted with the design of several institutional and recreational type buildings.

A senior technician with over two decades of experience in all types of structures, Mike MacCormack is BMR’s resident expert on restoration projects—cladding, parking garages, wharf restoration and more. Highly respected, he also leads our team in such areas as coatings, concrete deterioration, patching and repairing.
