Paramount Apartment Complex

The complex is constructed using reinforced cast-in-place concrete with lateral loads from wind and earthquakes transferred to the foundations using full height shear walls. Concrete construction provided a high quality sound insulated and fire rated floor system while minimizing the floor-to-floor height of the building. This lower floor-to-floor allowed for additional floors while still fitting within the city’s height and development requirements.
